Hi, I’m Coach Georgina! I’m a health coach with over 20 years of experience helping busy women leaders achieve sustainable weight loss results; even with demanding careers, long hours, and family responsibilities competing for their time.

I’m also a mom who was born in Uganda, grew up in Ottawa, studied at York University in Toronto, and spent many years working there before founding GN Wellness from sunny Barbados. I like to think of myself as a bit of a global citizen, lol.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless women in leadership roles who successfully manage teams and households but struggle to maintain their own wellness routines.
