Hi, I’m Coach Georgina! I’m a health coach with over 20 years of experience helping busy women leaders achieve sustainable weight loss results; even with demanding careers, long hours, and family responsibilities competing for their time.

I’m also a mom who was born in Uganda, grew up in Ottawa, studied at York University in Toronto, and spent many years working there before founding GN Wellness from sunny Barbados. I like to think of myself as a bit of a global citizen, lol.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless women in management and leadership roles; women who lead teams, manage households, and keep everything running except their own wellness routine. I don’t have a single client who reached her goals without juggling a full plate. That’s why I understand the real struggle: it’s not about knowing what to do; it’s about staying consistent when life never slows down.
